Central Valley Fly Casting Contest
The Kern Rivers Fly Fishers’ Club and Guy Jeans of the Kern River Fly Shop are prestenting the first Best of the Central Valley Fly Casting Contest sponsored by Redington Rods. Come test your skills in accuracy, distance, and technique at our casting pond. Daily winners will return for the finals on Sunday. Prizes and trophies will be awarded to contest winners from Sports Chalet – $300 Camping stove, fishing vests, gift certificates. The 1st place winner will receive a Redington 9ft 5wt Crosswater Outfit rod, reel, fly line, and case. Don’t miss out on this fun opportunity!
